In-app safety and moderation
TopPocket includes in-app tools to help keep the marketplace safer.
Users can report listings, messages, profiles, scams, counterfeit listings, unsafe behaviour, abusive messages, fake cards, or other concerns.
Users can block other users where available.
Reported content or accounts may be reviewed and action may be taken where appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or banning users.
TopPocket may also use automated or manual checks to help detect spam, scams, abuse, fake listings, counterfeit listings, unsafe content, or other misuse of the app.

Safety reports
If you are reporting a user, listing, message, scam, fake card, counterfeit listing, unsafe meetup, or other safety issue, please include:
Your TopPocket account email.
The other user’s display name, if known.
The listing or card involved, if relevant.
A short description of what happened.
Any screenshots or details that may help us review the issue.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your TopPocket account in the app, or by contacting:
When requesting account deletion by email, please contact us from the email address connected to your TopPocket account so we can verify the request.
Marketplace reminder
TopPocket helps collectors find local buyers and sellers, but we do not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, authenticate cards, or mediate private trades.
Users arrange trades directly and are responsible for checking cards, payments, prices, meetup safety, and trade details before completing a transaction.
Safe trading tips
Meet in a public place.
Do not meet strangers alone if you are uncomfortable.
Check the card carefully before handing over money or other cards.
Use payment methods you trust.
Be cautious with shipping, deposits, holds, bank transfers, and off-platform arrangements.
Report anything that feels suspicious or unsafe.
