Talks should preferably be given in English.（可能な限り英語でのご講演をお願いしております。）
Information about submitting titles and abstracts will be sent to speakers by email after the registration deadline.（タイトルとアブストラクトの提出については、登録締切後に講演者向けにご案内いたします。）

To help us estimate the number of participants, we kindly ask those who wish to attend to register by October 31. However, late registration will also be accepted, and you may still participate even if you have not registered in advance.（人数を把握するため、10月31日 (土) までの事前登録にご協力ください。なお、締切後の登録や未登録での参加も問題ありません。）
