Following are the relevant deadlines:

• Contributed Talks: Friday 28th of May (expired)

• Gong Show Presentation: Friday 11th of June

• General Registration: Tuesday 15th of June

PRIVACY STATEMENT

All the collected personal data for the conference will not be shared with third parties, apart from the organizers of TopFlavours2021, except:

• The name and university affiliation in case of Contributed Talk speakers and gong-show presenters.

• We will share the total number of participants, as well as university affiliation and stage of studies (Undergraduate, PhD,...) with our sponsors: LMS, IMA and The University of Warwick. This shared data will not include names or email addresses.
