Kriti Shetty started out as a child artist before entering the field. Kriti made her screen debut in the Hindi film Super 30 in 2019 in a small role. Kriti Shetty rose to fame in 2021 as a result of the Telugu film Uppena. The film was a success, grossing about Rs. 100 crore at the box office. The Buchi Babu Sana-directed film Uppena was a huge success. Additionally, Kriti Shetty was praised for her role in this film. 

After that, she acted in films like Shyam Singaray and Bangarraju, landing a hat-trick of consecutive hits. However, a few films that followed, such as Macherla Khilgadvam, Custody, Maname, and The Warrior, did not do well at the box office. Kriti Shetty consequently had fewer Telugu options.

She recently made her Malayalam film debut with "Just for Change." There, this movie has caused a good craze. She is now also receiving opportunities in Tamil. In the movie Va Vathiyar, she will play Karthi's opposite. Sadly, the release date of this film was postponed from its original timetable.
