Delete Account and Data – Tool Management App
Users can request deletion of their Tool Management app account and associated data by following the steps below.
How to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to: toolmanagement067@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: Request for Account Deletion
3. In the email body, mention:
- Registered email address
- Employee ID (if applicable)
What data will be deleted:
- User account (email and login credentials)
- Employee ID
- Tool and maintenance records linked to the user
- Uploaded images related to maintenance
Data retention:
- All requested data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days
- No data is retained after deletion
