The central idea of my inquiry explores the coexistence of beauty and decay, and how the boundary between life and death can blur through art. Inspired by vanitas symbolism, I use organic forms, bones, and natural textures to reflect on the inevitability of mortality and the fragility of existence. Through ink and watercolor, I juxtapose growth and deterioration—reminding viewers that creation and loss are intertwined parts of the same cycle.

My work explores how nature can be both powerful and fragile, always changing yet deeply familiar. I’m drawn to moments that feel temporary—a cloud passing, a wave breaking, a forest shifting in light—and I try to capture those impressions through watercolor, photography, and natural pigments. I like working where control meets unpredictability, allowing the materials to move in their own way. In my own art, I want viewers to slow down and notice what’s often overlooked, to reconnect with the quiet rhythm of the natural world.

I enjoy creating original characters and exploring how their emotions and personalities can come to life through drawing. I’m inspired by animation, online art, and fantasy stories, and I like imagining the worlds my characters belong to. My sketchbook is a place where I experiment with color, style, and expression to develop my ideas and improve my art.
