Ruoyu (Tony) Guo

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University. I received my Ph.D. in 2025 from Brandeis University, supervised by Kiyoshi Igusa. 

I study both pure and applied mathematics. In pure math, my research lies in representation theory of algebras and homological algebra; in applied math, I research on applications of machine learning in finance.
