Here is a quick grammar and spelling note about Saint Catharines for non-Canadians: 

When writing out the name of this town, it is important to note that there is no apostrophe as to denote ownership by Cathy with a "C".

When we first stopped by the Saint Catherines town for dinner,  I thought there would be ownership by Catharine, herself.

You know, I thought it might be something like: 

 
"This is Catharine's town." (This is incorrect)
"Here is Catharine's Museum."  (This is incorrect)
"This is Catharine's Cat." (This is incorrect)

All three of these, above, would be incorrect when describing the town in Ontario, Canada.

That is not how the Canadian people had decided to punctuate the name of their town. 

There is no apostrophe in "Saint Catharines."

 Also, note that there is no "e" in there spelling of Catharine until the very end.   Use the letter "a" for the rest of the word "Catharine."
