1. Platform Role

Tomee is a technology platform that connects independent service providers with customers.

Tomee is not responsible for:

• Provider conduct

• Disputes between users
  
  

2. Provider Verification

Providers must complete identity verification before offering services.

Tomee reserves the right to suspend or remove any provider.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
Providers are responsible for taxes in their country.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Tomee and Taptomee LLC are not liable for damages resulting from services performed by independent providers.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate our policies.

6. Independent Contractors

Providers are independent contractors. Tomee does not employ providers.

7. International Use

Users agree to comply with laws in their jurisdiction.
