Tomee allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion:
Send an email to: support@tomee.app
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
Include:
Full name
Email used to register
Country of residence
Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
Upon verified request, we will delete:
Account profile information
Personal data
Booking history (where legally permitted)
We may retain limited information if required for:
Legal compliance
Tax obligations
Fraud prevention
Payment transaction records (via Stripe)
