The buildings stand out with their modern architecture—simple forms with large glass facades that ensure excellent natural lighting indoors. The façades feature neutral colors, accented by warm wooden tones. The glass balconies provide residents not only with access to outdoor spaces but also panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. The estate is designed with harmony with nature in mind. Between the buildings lie extensive, meticulously landscaped green areas with a variety of trees and shrubs. Flower beds and well-kept lawns add color and visual appeal, creating a welcoming environment for residents. Numerous recreational zones are planned within the estate, including playgrounds for children, walking paths, and cycling trails.
