The project was conceived as a development concept for a small, standard plot in Dubai, intended for the middle class. The project's primary objective was to separate the building's internal functions while maintaining the privacy of the interior. Day and night functions were separated, and technical functions were further separated: a garage, a service area, an office, and technical rooms. The building's layout on the plot naturally separates two atria: an external one (driveway, entrance, fence, and greenery), and an internal one (residents' recreation area). The night zone was located on the first floor of the residence to visually separate it, ensuring user privacy while simultaneously opening onto the internal patio via an internally open terrace and a roofed ground floor living area. The terrace has its own independent access to the garden/internal courtyard.

The arrangement of the building on the plot results in the natural separation of two atriums: external - driveway, entrance, fence, greenery and internal - recreation of residents. The night zone was located on the first floor of the residence in order to separate it visually - ensure the privacy of users and at the same time open it to the internal patio through an internally open terrace and a roof over the ground floor of the living area. The terrace has its own independent access to the garden - internal courtyard.
