I am an applied microeconomist in the fields of labor economics, health economics, and industrial organization with interests in experimental and behavioral methods. My current research focuses on advancing the understanding of preferences, skills, and other personal attributes, which are fundamental drivers of inequalities in outcomes. My aim is to provide knowledge which enables policymakers to design effective policies for equalizing opportunities. My research on these topics has been published in:
