Information for Presenters

Talks

Talks are 20 minutes with 10 minutes of Q&A; lightning talks are allocated 10 minutes each. All talks will take place in Koffler House. 

Presenters using printed handouts should bring their own. Copier services for the public are limited on campus, and presenters are recommended to make adequate preparations before coming to campus. We are estimating about 35 workshop attendees.

Presenters using slides should bring their own laptop. Please bring your own adaptor for HDMI or VGA.

If you’d like your handouts and/or slides to be made available on the TOM16 website, please send them to tom16.toronto@gmail.com no later than May 10th, 2024.

Posters

Poster presenters will each be allocated a poster board and easel. The poster boards are 40 x 60 inches. Any poster size or format (landscape or portrait) that does not exceed this space is acceptable. For instance, either A0 size or 48″ x 36″ will work fine.
