I'm a student passionate about developing and applying data, automation and technology to develop smarter, more efficient and less harmful ways to sustain our society.
Some application areas I'm excited about are...

🦠🧬 Metabolic engineering - engineering microbes to produce various substances from fuels and industrial chemicals, to food and medicine, with little environmental impact.
⚛️⚛️ Chemistry & materials discovery - enabling massively parallel exploration/screening of useful materials, because materials are everything!
🌾Agtech - empowering farmers to make data-informed decisions and increase precision in practices, as well as working with rather than against nature, increasing profitability.

Co-founding the InterBios podcast where we've had the pleasure of of meeting incredible people at the intersection of computing and machine learning, biology and chemistry, and learning and sharing their stories,

leading multiple students in organizing and planning events for students, alumni and staff to bond over passions while actively learning about careers, including Q&As with professionals in various fields,
communicating difficulties of youth in the community to MLAs and contributing ideas to the economic recovery through discussions like the Premier's youth consultation,
leading peers to organize fundraising sales for the Children’s Hospital Foundation,
helping over a dozen students struggling in math and science,

my experiences have enabled my leadership skills to improve.
