During the ten years I have been teaching as an instructional assistant, starting as an undergraduate, I have done so for a variety of courses. I have taught for courses on applied ethical and political issues, courses on the philosophy of religion, and courses covering figures in the history of philosophy. I have taught for courses whose content is more on the technical side, including classes on formal logic and a class on the philosophy of mind with an emphasis on empirical neuroscience. I have also taught for courses whose content is on the more literary side, including a number of classes in the humanities subsuming not only philosophy but also poetry, drama, religious scripture, and so on.
