Established: August 31, 2026
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, the following House Rules have been established.
All guests are required to comply with these House Rules together with the Accommodation Terms and Conditions.
1. Registered Guests and Number of Guests
Only the guests and number of guests declared at the time of booking may stay at the property.
If the number of guests changes, please contact us in advance and obtain our approval.
Infants and children are also included in the total number of guests.
If, without our approval, any person in excess of the number stated in the reservation stays at or remains on the premises for the purpose of accommodation, we may charge the applicable additional accommodation fee and any other fees separately determined by us.
We may also terminate the accommodation contract or require the guest(s) to leave the property.
2. Registration of Guest Information
Guests must accurately register the guest information required by applicable laws and regulations using the method specified by the property.
Foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan are required to provide the necessary information, including their passport number, and submit a copy of their passport.
If the required registration has not been completed, we may be unable to issue the information necessary for self check-in, and entry to the guest room may not be permitted.
If any registered information changes, please notify us promptly.
3. Self Check-in and Access Information
The property uses a self check-in system.
Guests must complete the check-in procedure in accordance with the instructions provided by the property.
Passcodes, key numbers, and any other information required to enter the property or guest room must be properly managed by the guest at their own responsibility.
Guests must not disclose, forward, or allow such information to be used by anyone other than registered guests.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Extensions of the check-out time are generally not available.
Late use of the guest room may be permitted only with prior approval from the property. In such cases, additional charges determined by the property may apply.
If a guest remains in the room beyond the check-out time without approval, we may charge additional fees and any damages arising as a result.

This property is a guesthouse where multiple guests share common facilities.
In guest rooms, hallways, stairways, the living room, kitchen, and other common areas, please refrain from loud conversations, loud music, excessive noise, or any other behavior that may disturb other guests or nearby residents.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please keep conversations, door opening and closing, footsteps, music, and other everyday sounds to a minimum.
Loud conversations, prolonged gatherings, or other behavior that may disturb nearby residents are also prohibited in the surrounding area.

If smoking inside the property results in the need for special cleaning, deodorizing, replacement of equipment, or other measures, we may charge the costs incurred and any losses resulting from the guest room being unavailable for sale.
8. Open Flames and Hazardous Materials
The use of open flames is prohibited inside the property, except for equipment installed or specifically permitted by the property for normal accommodation use.
Guests must not bring in flammable materials, explosives, items that emit strong odors, or any other items that may pose a danger or nuisance to other guests or the property.
Guests must not, without legitimate reason, touch, remove, tamper with, disable, or interfere with fire safety equipment, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other emergency equipment.
9. Handling of Guest Rooms, Facilities, and Equipment
Guest rooms, furniture, appliances, bedding, keys, and all other facilities and equipment must be used only within the scope of normal accommodation use.
Facilities and equipment must not be removed from the property.
When leaving the guest room to go out, please turn off the air conditioner, heating appliances, lights, and any other electrical equipment that is not in use for fire prevention and energy conservation.
If any facilities, equipment, furnishings, or parts of the building are stained, damaged, or lost due to the guest’s intentional act or negligence, we may charge the costs of repair, replacement, special cleaning, or other restoration.
If, as a result, a guest room or other part of the property becomes unavailable for sale or use, we may also claim reasonable business losses.
Please notify us promptly if you discover any malfunction, damage, or other abnormal condition involving the facilities or equipment.
10. Footwear Inside the Property
Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the property.
