Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Established: February 24, 2026
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to accommodation contracts concluded between this facility and guests, as well as to all related contractual relationships.
Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations or generally established customs.
Within the scope not violating laws and regulations, this facility may establish special agreements with guests. In such cases, such special agreements shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
A person wishing to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility shall provide the following information:
(1) Name of the guest
(2) Date(s) of stay and expected arrival time
(3) Accommodation charges (in principle based on the basic accommodation fee specified in Appendix Table 1)
(4) Other information deemed necessary by this facility
If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the dates specified in Item (2) above during the stay period, the facility shall treat such request as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time it is made.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
An accommodation contract shall be concluded when this facility accepts the application described in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply if the facility proves that it did not accept the application.
When an accommodation contract is concluded, the guest shall pay an application deposit determined by the facility (not exceeding the basic accommodation charge for the stay period) by the date specified by the facility.
The deposit shall first be applied to the final accommodation charges payable by the guest, and in cases where Articles 6 and 18 apply, it shall be applied to cancellation fees and then to damages. Any remaining balance shall be refunded upon payment of charges as stipulated in Article 12.
If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the accommodation contract shall lose its validity, provided that the facility has informed the guest of the payment deadline.
Article 4 (Special Agreement Not Requiring Deposit)
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 Paragraph 2, this facility may agree to a special arrangement not requiring payment of a deposit after the accommodation contract has been concluded.
If the facility does not request the payment of the deposit or does not specify a payment deadline when accepting the accommodation application, it shall be deemed that the facility has agreed to the special arrangement described above.
Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation Contract)
The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in any of the following cases:
When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy

If the contract is canceled due to the guest’s circumstances, cancellation fees shall be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at the time of reservation on the facility’s official website.
If a guest fails to arrive on the accommodation date without prior notice, the full accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the facility cannot provide the reserved room, it shall attempt to arrange alternative accommodation under similar conditions with the guest’s consent.
If alternative accommodation cannot be arranged, compensation equivalent to a cancellation fee shall be paid.
However, no compensation shall be required if the inability to provide accommodation is due to force majeure such as natural disasters or serious facility failure.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Items)
As a general rule, the facility does not accept custody of guests’ items, cash, or valuables.
The facility shall not be liable for loss or damage to items brought into the facility unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Even in such cases, compensation shall be limited to 30,000 yen.
Article 16 (Storage of Luggage)
The facility generally does not accept or store luggage in advance.
