TOKARO Terms and Conditions
TOKARO Terms and Conditions
Effective date: March 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TOKARO mobile application (`com.tokaro.app`) and related services provided by Yashvant Uddhav Kale ("Tokaro", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using TOKARO, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
TOKARO is a business utility app designed for retail stores and billing counters. It provides features such as:
- store account creation and login
- token generation and printing
- inventory / product management
- token history and cycle summaries
- Bluetooth thermal printer connectivity
- subscription-based access control
2. Eligibility and Business Use
You may use TOKARO only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable laws, regulations, tax rules, and business record requirements in your jurisdiction.
TOKARO is intended for legitimate business and store operations. You must not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate store and account information
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN
- restricting unauthorized access to your device and store account
- ensuring your staff use the app in accordance with these Terms
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused solely by our own fault.
4. Subscription and Billing
Certain app features require an active paid subscription.
A. Billing Provider
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms, payment terms, and refund rules.
B. Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date.
C. Pricing
Subscription pricing is shown in Google Play at the time of purchase. Prices, taxes, and billing terms may vary by region and may change in future offerings.
D. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, charge handling, and payment disputes are generally managed through Google Play, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
E. One Active Device Rule
Unless we explicitly offer a different plan, TOKARO subscription access is intended for one active device at a time for each subscribed store account. Moving access to another device may require a device transfer or fresh verification.
5. Device Binding and Access Control
TOKARO uses subscription verification, app integrity, and device-binding logic to reduce unauthorized access, piracy, abuse, and account misuse.
This means:
- subscription access may be restricted to one active device at a time
- device transfer may be required when moving access to another device
- app access may be limited if subscription verification fails or internet access is required for entitlement checks
- unauthorized installations or modified app builds may be blocked
You agree not to attempt to bypass or interfere with these protections.
6. Printer and Hardware Compatibility
TOKARO supports Bluetooth printer workflows, but printer behavior depends on device hardware, Android version, Bluetooth availability, printer firmware, and printer model compatibility.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity with every printer or every Android device configuration.
7. Your Business Data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of the product, inventory, token, billing, pricing, and other business data entered into TOKARO.
You are responsible for:
- reviewing printed output
- maintaining correct inventory and pricing
- exporting or backing up data where needed
- completing accounting checks before clearing cycle or history data
8. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You must not:
- reverse engineer, modify, pirate, clone, or redistribute the app unlawfully
- bypass subscription, billing, device, or security controls
- use the app to infringe intellectual property rights
- misuse Google Play, Firebase, or other connected services
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized backend access
- use TOKARO in a way that harms other users, our systems, or third-party providers
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of TOKARO at any time, including security controls, printer features, subscription checks, and business workflows.
We may also release updates that are required for continued use of the app.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms
- subscription requirements are not met
- fraud, piracy, abuse, or unauthorized access is suspected
- required security or billing verification fails
- use of the app creates legal, technical, or operational risk
11. Disclaimers
TOKARO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, printer, network, or third-party service.
You remain responsible for independently verifying your own business records, printed tokens, totals, pricing, and accounting.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokaro and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.
13. Privacy
Your use of TOKARO is also governed by the TOKARO Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
