TOKARO ("TOKARO", "we", "our", or "us") provides a retail token billing and printer-enabled store operations application for Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use the TOKARO mobile application (com.tokaro.app).
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the app.

We collect and process the following categories of information:
Account and Store Information: store name, email address, and authentication information required to create and access your store account.
Subscription and Purchase Information: Google Play subscription product ID, purchase token, subscription expiry time, subscription and entitlement status, package name, and related billing verification data.
Device and Security Information: device identifier used for subscription security and anti-fraud controls, device-binding and transfer status, Google Play installer / app integrity verification data, and encrypted app PIN stored locally on the device.
Printer and Device Connection Information: saved Bluetooth printer name, saved Bluetooth printer address / identifier, and printer connection status required for reconnect and print operations.
Business Data You Enter: product / inventory names and prices, token history, cycle summary data, and billing / transaction details created in the app.
Limited Technical and Security Data: error and operational information required for subscription verification, security, printer handling, and service reliability.

TOKARO may request access to Bluetooth / Nearby Devices and, on some Android versions, location-related permission for printer discovery and connection. These permissions are used only for printer-related functionality.
TOKARO may also request file access where needed for inventory import / export and backup handling.
TOKARO does not request camera access for its current core billing flow.
On your device: inventory data, token history and cycle data, saved printer details, app setup flags, and encrypted app PIN.
In our backend services: store account records, subscription entitlement records, device-binding records, purchase verification records, and security / anti-fraud records required for access control.
We currently use Google Firebase / Google Cloud services to support authentication, Firestore storage, Cloud Functions, and app integrity / security checks.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share information only as needed with service providers that support the app, including Google Play Billing for subscription processing and verification, and Google Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, backend storage, security, and server-side verification.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request, or to protect our users, services, rights, or property, including fraud, abuse, piracy, billing-dispute handling, and security protection.
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account management, subscription verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and service security.
Business data stored locally on your device may remain on the device until you clear it, replace it, uninstall the app, or otherwise delete it.
Some server-side security, entitlement, or billing records may be retained for a reasonable period where needed for fraud prevention, subscription verification, compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

Please include your store name, your registered email address, and a clear request for account deletion.
Deletion requests may require identity verification. Some information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, billing disputes, legal compliance, or security obligations. Local data stored on your device may also need to be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. Account deletion processing may take a reasonable period after verification of the request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure transport over HTTPS for backend communications, Google-managed authentication and billing flows, app integrity checks, and encrypted local PIN storage on supported Android devices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
TOKARO is intended for business and retail store use and is not directed to children.
Your information may be processed on infrastructure operated by Google and its affiliates or service providers in countries outside your local jurisdiction, subject to applicable safeguards and Google service terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will control. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date above.
