At Toidoi, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.
When you use the Toidoi Marketplace app, we may collect:
Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, profile photo.
Location Data: To check delivery eligibility in Zirakpur and show nearby stores.
Order & Payment Info: Order details, transaction history (we do not store card details).
Favorites & Preferences: Stores, products, and saved items.
Device Info: App version, device type, IP address (for security).
We use your data to:
Enable order placement and delivery.
Provide location-based services (Zirakpur delivery zone).
Allow you to save favorites and preferences.
Improve app performance and customer support.
Comply with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements.
We do not sell your data. We only share data with:
Vendors & delivery partners (to complete your order).
Service providers (payment gateways, hosting, analytics).
Legal authorities (if required by law).
Your account data is stored as long as your profile is active.
Order records may be retained for legal and tax purposes.
Backups and logs are automatically cleared within 90 days.
You can permanently delete your account and data in two ways:
Open Toidoi App
Go to Profile → Account Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm deletion
Once confirmed:
Your profile, favorites, saved products, and personal data are deleted immediately.
Orders already placed remain in the system for legal/tax compliance only.
Full removal from active systems happens within 30 days.
Backups and logs purge within 90 days.
If you cannot access the app:
Email us at info@sparksspectrum from your registered email ID
Subject: Delete My Account
Include: Your name and phone/email linked to Toidoi
We’ll process your request within 30 days.
