Professional beliefs impact my current practice in numerous ways. Professional, Early Childhood Educators are needed to display attributes that contribute directly to achievement of educational curriculum to the success of the educational programs goals in my current practice. These beliefs have enabled me to develop an identity that supports children's ideal and moral learning environment. Respect has helped me develop positive relationships with my learners, which has aided influenced my current practice in that it has aided me in creating a positive and conductive learning atmosphere and fostering my learners' personal development. The traits and experiences, equity informs my current practice in that it enables me to establish a universal phenomenon that applies to all kids.
As an early childhood professional, my professional identity is shaped by three core beliefs that revolve around three basic concepts; equity, respect, and honesty. I believe that respect is for children results in respect for teachers and other staff members since their interactions are often reciprocal. I also believe that equal treatment is a critical professional value for early childhood education since all children, regardless of their background, ought to be treated similarly. In my opinion, this professional belief also aligns with educational theories that emphasize the need to confront inequities, inequalities, and injustices within educational contexts. By adopting equality as essential professional beliefs, I feel obligated to provide good and equitable settings for early learners and engage fully in the educational process.
I appreciate honesty and integrity in early childhood education. I believe that early childhood professionals who appropriately articulate their ideas and sentiments, in my experience, may have a good impact on the personal growth of children who tend to emulate others' behavior. Honesty is one of the qualities. i would wish to instill in children, which is why I believe that being a good person is essential.
