What We Do

Our services revolve around making a house a home.

We are a Contractor based in the Philippines that will provide you with the only contract you will need to build. We offer services to design, build, or renovate your ideal home, residential or commercial space, along with property fencing and paving.

You can literally leave the heavy lifting to us! No matter what service you choose, a Custom Home Project Manager assigned to you will make the transition from plan development, budgeting, bank financing/loaning and permitting, simple so you don't have to worry about it so you can live your daily life.

1. We Listen

First, we sit with you and listen – really listen to you talk about your ideal new home or space. It's more than asking how many rooms and bathrooms are needed, we try to understand each client's lifestyle and preferences before we make our recommendations.

2. We Design

When we've found out enough about our client, the design process begins and we begin with a floor plan we believe best suited for your lifestyle needs and shape of the land. When the space planning is finished, we move on to the elevation of walls so clients can see what the structure and works would look like.

3. We Plan

After our client approves the drafted works, we move on to creating the blueprints and planning the date we begin working on everything needed to make the structure possible. Once these final blueprints are obtained, a down payment is required to begin the purchasing process for the project.

4. We Assist

As a full-service home building contracting and renovation company, we go the extra mile by collating documents needed to get building permits (and the like) processed so you don't have to.

5. We Mobilize

On day one, we secure the property's perimeter and lay out the proposed floor plan to give our clients a walk through to get a feel for the approved design before the process of building your home begins.

6. We Facilitate

That's right! Every project will have an assigned Custom Home Project Manager to oversee the its progress, and to orchestrate the entire building process while you live your daily life.

7. We Rectify

When we reach the finishing stages of our contract, we provide an opportunity for our client to make a punch list of works they wish to have remedied, or we may have overlooked.

8. We Turn Over

After completing the contract for building or renovating a space; and after the punch list is addressed and completed, we will then give all the keys to your new home.
