With us, you can be rest assured that you will have a home at the end of the contract, finished, polished and ready for you to move in and begin your new life in your new home.

If you have a lot or property in your name and want to begin building your home, meeting with your prospective builders would be a good place to start! We offer free consultations to clients, as we believe in helping them make decisions based on information. Meet with our team and we'll be glad to give you an overview of what to expect. Construction Costs are unique as they may vary depending on the landscape of the property, interior finishing required, the location of the lot, among many other things. This is why we encourage our clients to stop by the office, even on weekends, to tell us about their property and needs so we can better listen and give an informed answer.
Our consultations are absolutely free and have no strings attached. We believe in helping our clients arrive to a decision based on information, and we're glad to be able to provide it for you.

Right now, we are not engaged in real estate or selling house and lots. For the meantime, ToH Builders Inc. is focused on services to design, build and renovate houses, commercial and personal spaces, as well as low-rise buildings for commercial and residential use upon request.

There is a common median price to hiring any contractor. Some will give lower prices, others will be sky high, but we're fairly confident that we will give you a competitive quote.
As a company, we don't believe in adjusting our prices to simply win a project. We take our word and craft very seriously and will not compromise either of the two since we also believe that we prefer to have our clients pay once so you don't have to keep paying for repairs of faulty craftsmanship.

We believe in progress billing. After the initial down payment, we will only bill as we progress to certain percentages. We accept Cash and Bank Loan easy payment.

8. What is PCAB?
The Contractors’ License law, RA 4566 as amended by PD 1746, makes it mandatory for all contractors in the country to first secure a license from the Philippine contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) before engaging in construction contracting in the country.
The purpose of the Contractors License Law (R.A. 4566) is to ensure, for the safety of the public, that only qualified and reliable contractors are allowed to undertake construction in the country.
