Over the past 60+ years, Woodstock Christian School has expanded to include Kindergarten, French, Special education and Instrumental band. Enrollment has grown and every available space of the school has been utilized for the overflowing student population.
In 1959 John Knox Christian School started as a three-classroom building. After it opened it's doors, the school continued to grow in student population which led to building expantions in 1962, 1964, 1966, 1973, 1976, and 1991 and has continued to grow into a thriving school community.
In 1979 (after the tornado) the board was able to rent an empty public school building in Burgessville.
John Knox Christian School rebuilt the building after the tornado and in 1980 the students were able to move in.
In 1991 John Knox Christian School expanded the building.
In 2013 John Knox Christian school changed the school name to Woodstock Christian School.
In 2026 Woodstock Christian school plans to expand the building.
