Join us to learn, create, and connect. 🖐️ Everything is provided🥣 Leave with your very own jar of sauerkraut/kimchi💛💛 A fun, social space to connect with friends
Sauerkraut and kimchi are so good for us because they’re rich in natural probiotics created during fermentation, which support a healthy gut microbiome. A healthy gut helps with digestion, boosts immunity, reduces inflammation, and can even improve mood and energy levels. They’re also packed with vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes, making them a simple, nourishing way to support overall wellbeing.

Step into a little magic this Valentine’s Day… 💕🌿
On Saturday, 14 February from 9:00–11:00am, you’re invited to a whimsical Tea in the Garden experience - a morning where time softens, nature whispers, and connection blooms.
Set on a beautiful, hidden property in Ocean Shores (address will be advised), we’ll gather among flowers to sip tea, enjoy yummy homemade cakes, and connect with other women who share a love of nature, growth and community.
After tea, follow the winding path into a storybook food forest. As we wander, you’ll be guided through the forest’s design and purpose, with all questions lovingly welcomed and answered.
You’ll leave with a seedling to plant and nurture - a small reminder of the magic you’ve shared.
✨ A Valentine’s Day celebration of self-love and sisterhood ✨ Sweet treats, curious conversations and gentle learning ✨ Nature, wonder and a touch of enchantment
Come as you are. Slow down. Let yourself wander.
