County Groups

Each county that is part of Together 4 Families has their own group that reaches out to their community. These groups are below:

Bremer County Community Partners

Through a collaborative effort, the BCCP strives to support and protect families through programming, public awareness and prevention services. BCCP is a group of dedicated individuals with representatives from many organizations, who meet monthly to discuss events and ideas that will improve Bremer County child and family services.

Butler County Visions of Well-Being

Butler County Visions of Well-Being is a local non-profit group consisting of helping professionals and citizens of Butler County. The goal of the group is to focus on meeting the needs of families with children living in Butler County. The group seeks to maximize existing resources and secure additional resources to help with unmet needs families with children may have. The group serves as the local child abuse prevention council, tobacco prevention coalition, and substance abuse prevention coalition. The group shares educational materials and sponsors projects to benefit families living in the county.

Meets the 4th Thursday of the month from:

1:00 PM to 2:30 PM

Franklin County Family Focus

Meets the 1st Wednesday of the month from:

10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Grundy County Community Partners

Community Partners Coalition is a group of agencies that come together once a month to discuss program updates and learn about what is going on in the community. Members of the coalition assist other members in finding the resources they may need. There is a monthly speaker who presents on a topic that is important in the community.
