This product created unidirectional flow within a titreplate format using gravity driven flow. The example below has 2 main lanes 1 for cell culture and 1 to pattern an ECM gel which allows for readouts such as TEER. The wider channel allows for the bypass of fluid for the system to reset.
The OrganoPlate-Graft-UF provides unidirectional flow through endothelial tubes and the vascularbed within an OrganoPlate. This allows for long term culture of vascular beds and has the potential for tissue engraftment. This model can be used for immune cell perfusion to asess immune cell recruitment in a tumour model.
The OrganoSnap or O'Snap was created to ALP dimensions for an I3 Biomec automated liquid handler, the brief was to create a device which could tkae a picture of the bottom of a plate for QC to be able to assess filling and quantify the seeding performance of OrganoPlates.
The 4003400 (left) product was upgraded to the 4004400 (right). This involved transitioning suppliers for all materials, changing the methods for attaching microfluidics to the bottom of plates and including a top-print. The method for producing vias in plates was also changed for increased yield and better aesthetics.
