During our activities, we have offered large possibilities for our students to develop their sensory experiences, such as investigation moments for them to encounter new hypotheses and make new discoveries by using their body's limits and all its multiple languages. This navigation through their senses is fundamental to the processes of learning and personality formation.

Children are born with an enormous capacity that allows them to explore, discern and interpret the reality of which they are inserted through their senses and it is through them that the construction of new knowledge, individual and collective memory takes place.

Over the past month, we have observed our students and documented everything about their day. We started this research to gather more data and make new contributions based on what we have recorded and registered so far.

Throughout all the moments that were offered, our students were able to trace individual, and collective paths, so they could experience new sensations and expand their knowledge about the world: During their individual path, they have shown concentration, interest in different colors and textures, and they also experimented with a variety of temperatures, by exploring their own bodies and using their senses as learning tools. In their collective path, their interest was focused on body and movement, and interaction with others, as they exchanged material among themselves and made discoveries as a group.

For instance, the student 1 started the activity making tests relating the materials to its own body. Involved in a atmosphere of exploration, he started by painting his feet, legs and belly. In a second moment, the student 2 approached, by showing curiousity about the effect of the ink on their friend's skin. Starting the interaction between these two children. The student 3, on the other hand, was intrigued by a specific material and tried in different ways to explore it, painting the floor, his body, and the plastic offered, being enchanted by the transparency and the mixture of colors.
