COACH'S INFORMATION

This is a ring tournament!

Divisions: 4 (Maximum of 6 teams per division)

Game Guarantee

• 3 games minimum

  • Saturday: 2 pool play games

  • Sunday: At least 1 bracket game

Game Length

• 8U: 1 hour 15 minutes (no new inning after time expires)

• All other divisions: 1 hour 45 minutes (no new inning after time expires)

Check-In

• 1 hour before first scheduled game

• Rosters and proof of age must be available upon request

• Teams should be ready to play 30 minutes before your scheduled time

Dugouts & Home Team

• Home team = higher seed

• Pool play: coin flip

• Third-base dugout is home unless otherwise posted

Run Rules

• 10-run rule after 4 innings (8U after 3 innings)

• 8-run rule after 5 innings

Time Rules

• No new inning after time expires

• Championship games: finish the inning

Pitch Counts

General

• Pitch counts will be tracked by each team

• Both head coaches are responsible for confirming pitch counts before leaving the field

• Once a pitcher reaches their maximum pitch limit, they must be removed immediately

• Warm-up pitches between innings do not count

A pitcher may finish the batter if the pitch count is exceeded during that at-bat.

Additional Pitching Rules

• Any pitcher who throws more than 50 pitches on Saturday is not eligible to pitch on Sunday

• Pitchers removed from the mound may not return to pitch in the same game unless they are the starter

Weather Policy

• Priority will be given to completing pool play

• Bracket play may be reseeded or shortened if necessary

• Weather updates will be posted on the website, Facebook, and sent to coaches as quickly as possible

Sportsmanship

• Zero tolerance for abuse of umpires or volunteer staff

• Tournament Director rulings are final

Homerun Derby
