My background is in program and operations management, where I’ve spent years coordinating people, processes, and outcomes. Along the way, one pattern became clear: the teams that move fastest and smartest are the ones that see their data clearly and design systems intentionally.

That insight pulled me deeper into data analytics.

Today, I focus on turning raw data into decision-ready insight, not dashboards for show, but analysis that helps leaders answer real questions:
