Tobias König

Since July 2025, I am a Junior research group leader of the Emmy Noether group Geometric functional inequalities and their stability funded by the DFG and hosted by Goethe University Frankfurt.

Starting in October 2026, I will be a Professor (W1 with tenure track) at Goethe University Frankfurt.

Before this, I was a postdoctoral researcher with Tobias Weth at GU Frankfurt (2022-2025), and with Paul Laurain at IMJ-PRG Paris (2020-2022).

I obtained my PhD in 2020 under the supervision of Rupert L. Frank at LMU Munich.
