1. Visit TOA Student Portal and sign in using your ID.
On left hand side, navigate to "Adobe CC" to see your Adobe account details:
2. Your Adobe account can be seen under Account details:

3. Next, go to Microsoft Outlook and click on "Sign In".
Enter your student's email address and click "Next".
4. Key in your password and click "Sign in"
5. You should be inside your Outlook mailbox now. Now, you should see the Adobe email address in your Outlook mailbox. Click on "Get started".
6. Click on "Continue".
7. You will need to key in the code that is being sent to your Outlook mailbox. Get the code and key in here.
8. The Adobe code email is showing as per below. (please wait few minutes for code to arrive, please be patient)
9. Once you have entered the code, you will need to create your password. Please follow the password requirements given. Click "Complete Account".
10. You may click "Not now" for the backup email.
11. Now you’re in.
2. At the top right corner of the page, please click "Desktop apps", and click "Install" to download the Desktop app.
3. The Creative_Cloud_Set_Up.exe file will automatically download. Run the files downloaded
4. You can find the Creative_Cloud_Set_Up.exe at your Downloads folder.
5. Once you’ve run the downloaded files click "Continue" to proceed installation.
6. Click on "Yes" to proceed with the installation.
7. A new browser tab will automatically opened.
8. Key in your Adobe email address and click "Continue".
9. Key in your Adobe credentials and click "Continue".
10. You’re in! You may close this browser session and continue with the Creative Cloud installation
11. Click on "Start Installing".
12. You may choose your set-up preferences and click "Continue", or you may skip it by clicking "Skip Questions".
13. Now wait the installation to finish.
14. Now you’re in the Adobe Desktop App.
1. In the Adobe Desktop App. You will see all the Adobe applications available based on your plan that belongs to your courses
Remark: Students only require to install the necessary software depending on your course needs.
2. Click the "Apps" button and You may proceed to Install the required application by pressing the "Install" button.
3. You will see the installation progress after you click the "Install" button.
4. Once the installation is completed, you will see the "Open" button below your installed apps. You may now click "Open" to run the application.
5. For updating your application to the latest version. You may check the update by clicking the "View updates" button.
