Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and planned excursions. 

Registration opens on March 18th and closes on June 1st, 2026.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancelled registrations will be reimbursed at 80% until Sunday, May 24, 2026. No refunds will be offered for cancellations requested after that date. To cancel your registration, email tnsbc26@mcmaster.ca. No-shows will not be refunded.

Registration Waiver Applications

The 2026 True North Science Boot Camp is committed to making our event accessible. A limited number of registration waivers are available for attendees who would be unable to attend without financial support. Waivers cover the cost of registration and are available to students, those between positions, workers without professional development funding, and members of equity-deserving communities.

Applications are reviewed by the organizing committee and awarded based on financial need, career benefit,  DEIA-R, and availability of funds to support attendees. Decisions will be communicated by April 22. No documentation is required -- self-declaration is sufficient.

The deadline to apply is April 15, 2026.
