The Gawad Compre is an initiative for rewarding and recognizing outstanding employees of Tanza National Comprehensive High School. This initiative is aligned with the Civil Service Commission’s PRAISE Program, DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2002, and the Gawad Patnugot, which establishes PRAISE within the Department of Education.
This year, the Gawad Compre will spotlight the exceptional and innovative contributions of individuals who have surpassed their duties, generated significant breakthroughs, and pioneered new paths, especially in the challenging context of pandemic.
In line with the Equal Opportunity Principle (EOP), the School PRAISE Committee encourages nominations from all employees—teaching, non-teaching, and teaching-related personnel—regardless of age, gender, religion, or background. Nominees must hold permanent positions and have contributed significantly to the division's success.
Nomination in this program prepares individuals for higher-level recognition, including district, division, regional and national awards.
