2014 Request for SEC Hearing
Shortly after a CREF Annual Meeting, I was furious when CREF announced they were multiclassing the CREF Variable Annuity accounts. It had always been true in the past that costs (i.e. Expense Ratios) were the same for all CREF unit-holders.
I had a few days left to do something (because of rule-making delays), so I filed a request with the SEC for a hearing on their request. Here are two links to that request, in case one of them becomes stale.
