This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the scientific methods used for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive marketing decisions. Students translate complex marketing problems into actionable research questions, using primary and secondary data sources through techniques such as surveys, focus groups, and experimental designs.They also gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software, including Qualtrics for survey development and IBM SPSS for statistical analysis.
Teaching Assistant (Spring 2026)
This course utilizes a flipped classroom method and case method to develop students into strategic marketers. I assisted in redesigning the course into its current hybrid format, managing the transition of logistics and instructional materials for both in-person and online sections. Supporting 50 students, I facilitate joint lectures and marketing labs. I also supervise individual assignments and class projects (10 groups) as students create marketing plans for two company clients.

My session focuses on the dilemmas businesses face in upholding human rights, utilizing case studies drawn from three policy papers I co-authored during my tenure at the Finnish NGOs platform KEPA (Fingo).
