My professional background in global policy and corporate training serves as the foundation for my dual commitment to research and teaching.
Whether I was co-authoring climate governance policy with colleagues across four continents or mapping human trafficking networks in Southeast Asia, my work has always centered on how regulation shapes human behavior—a lens I now apply to the research frontier of AI governance and consumer decision-making.
Simultaneously, my experiences designing corporate training programs directly inform my pedagogy. By integrating coaching insights, I treat every student as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of their own education, ensuring they graduate with both theoretical mastery and the practical skills required for the global business environment.
Managing Director (2019 - 2021)
Jimi the Coach is Thailand's leading executive coaching and leadership development firm specializing in human potential and organizational transformation.
I directed curriculum development and training programs, distilling International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards into high-impact instructional frameworks. This experience directly informs my classroom philosophy. I treat every student as a high-performance "MVP," applying executive-level coaching strategies to the classroom environment.
Founding Program Manager (2017 - 2019)
International Justice Mission (IJM) is the world’s largest international anti-slavery organization, focused on protecting the poor from violence by partnering with local authorities to strengthen justice systems.
I served as the chief architect of IJM's new national office and engineered the operational blueprint from the ground up. This involved managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pilot phase to full-scale implementation. Beyond operations, I spearheaded large-scale, cross-border research initiatives to map the complexities of human trafficking. I designed the methodological frameworks for data collection and analysis, providing the empirical foundation required for high-stakes regional interventions.
Development Policy Specialist (2013 - 2016)
Kepa is the Finnish platform for non-government organizations (now known as Fingo).
I designed and delivered capacity-building curricula for local organizations, translating theoretical frameworks into practical skill sets. Additionally, I contributed to evidence-based research projects focused on socio-economic inequality, sustainable development, and climate governance, and co-authored several policy papers that served as the foundation for national and international policy advocacy.
