For T&M Ticket Pro 1.0
Before buying: this is a one-time-purchase app for one Android 8.0 or later field phone. It works offline and creates manual PDF handoffs. It has no office sync, automatic backup or restore, iPhone or web access, rates, estimates, invoicing, custom forms, fleet management, or software integrations.
Getting started
1. Enter the company name, default preparer, ticket prefix, and any header details you want on PDFs.
2. Create a Time & Material or Extra Work ticket.
3. Complete the required ticket number, date, customer, project, location, work summary, detailed work, and preparer fields.
4. Add labor, materials, equipment, other quantities, and up to eight photos as needed.
5. Ask the customer representative to acknowledge the recorded work on the phone, or record why the ticket was completed unsigned.
6. After completion, save or share the PDF somewhere outside the app.
Draft changes autosave on the phone. Completion freezes a snapshot and locks the ticket. Editing a completed ticket requires confirmation, clears the acknowledgement or unsigned record, and removes its old private PDF. Any PDF you already saved or shared does not change.
Save the PDF outside the app
• Save a copy outside the app opens Android's document picker so you can choose a folder or storage provider.
• Share a copy opens Android's Sharesheet so you can choose a destination.
• Open private in-app PDF only views the app's private file. It does not make a backup.
Keep important completed PDFs somewhere you control. Private app files can disappear if app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, the phone is lost, or the phone fails.
Photos
The app copies added images into private storage, corrects orientation when possible, reduces the longest side to at most 2048 pixels, and saves JPEG copies for the ticket PDF. Removing a photo removes it from the ticket and deletes the private copy when cleanup succeeds; the app reports a cleanup failure. A photo taken with the in-app camera may not exist in your gallery.
Backup, phone replacement, and deletion
The app is designed for one Android phone. Android backup and phone transfer are disabled for app data, and the app has no archive import or restore function. Saved PDFs preserve the field record but cannot recreate editable tickets, photos, or signatures inside the app.
Deleting a ticket permanently removes the record. The app then deletes its private photos and private PDF when cleanup succeeds and reports a cleanup failure. Clearing app data or uninstalling starts the app empty if it is installed again.
Troubleshooting
Required fields or duplicate ticket number
Open the Details page and complete every field marked with an asterisk. Each ticket number must be unique, ignoring capitalization and spaces around the number.
Camera or photo picker did not open
Try again after closing another camera or document app. T&M Ticket Pro does not request broad camera, photo-library, or storage permission; it uses Android's camera and photo-picker screens. Cancelling either screen leaves the draft unchanged.
One photo could not be added
The app keeps the remaining draft and reports the failed photo. Try a readable JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIF, or another image Android can open. A ticket can contain at most eight photos.
PDF destination could not be opened
Choose another folder or storage provider in Android's document picker. Confirm that the destination has free space and is available offline if you need field use without a connection.
No PDF viewer is installed
The Open action falls back to Android's Sharesheet. You can still save the PDF through the document picker or choose a trusted PDF-capable destination.
The locked PDF is missing
If the app reports that the locked private PDF is missing, use Edit, confirm that the completion will be cleared, then complete the ticket again to create a new locked PDF. Any copy previously saved outside the app is unchanged.
Local tickets were not opened
Do not clear app data or uninstall. If the error screen offers Save recovery file, save the JSON somewhere private before contacting support. It may contain company and customer information, job details, photo captions, and signature data. It does not contain the photo files, is not a full backup, and is not sent automatically.
Email support
Email tmticketprosupport@duck.com. The target is a reply within one business day and no later than three business days.
Include the app version, phone model, Android version, what you tried, the visible error, and whether the ticket is Draft, Acknowledged, or Unsigned. Include a Google Play order number only for a purchase or refund question.
Do not email ticket PDFs, jobsite photos, signatures, customer names, or addresses unless the issue cannot be handled without them and you choose to share them.
Refunds
Use Google Play's refund request or order-help flow first. Google decides eligibility under its policies, so support cannot promise that a refund will be approved. If Google directs you to the developer, email support with the Play order number and a short reason. Do not send a ticket PDF or customer information for a refund request.
