Short version: T&M Ticket Pro works offline and has no Internet permission. The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share data through the app. Your records stay on one Android phone unless you choose to save or share a PDF or save a recovery file.
Information stored on your phone
The app can store company details, project and customer information, work descriptions, labor hours, material and equipment quantities, photos, photo captions, signatures, acknowledgement details, saved-project details, and generated PDF tickets. This information is held in the app's private storage on your Android phone.
Photos
You choose which photos to take or add. The app makes a private JPEG copy, corrects its orientation when possible, and reduces its longest side to at most 2048 pixels for dependable offline PDF creation. Removing a photo removes it from the ticket and deletes the private copy when cleanup succeeds; the app reports a cleanup failure. A photo taken with the in-app camera may not have another copy in your gallery.
PDF copies
The app keeps a private PDF for each generated ticket. Choosing Open private in-app PDF only views that private file and does not make a backup. Choosing Save a copy outside the app opens Android's document picker. Choosing Share a copy opens Android's Sharesheet. You select and control the destination.
One phone, no app-data restore
Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app data. The app has no ticket archive import, phone-transfer, or restore function. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, losing the phone, or a phone failure can permanently remove records, photos, signatures, and private PDFs that exist only inside the app.
Save every important completed PDF somewhere you control. A saved PDF is a field record, not an editable app backup, and cannot restore tickets into the app.
Unreadable-data recovery file
If the local ticket file becomes unreadable, the app stops rather than overwriting it. When a private recovery JSON can be prepared, the error screen lets you save it through Android's document picker. The file may contain company and customer information, job details, photo captions, and signature data. It does not contain the photo files and is not a restorable app backup. The app never emails or uploads it automatically.
No developer transfer
The app has no account, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, remote storage, developer-operated server, or active network library. It does not send ticket information to the developer.
Deletion
You can delete individual tickets and saved projects inside the app. Ticket deletion removes the record, then deletes that ticket's private photos and private PDF when cleanup succeeds; the app reports a cleanup failure. PDF copies you previously saved or shared are controlled by their destination and are not deleted by the app.
Other apps and services
If you choose to save, share, open, or email something, Android passes it to the app or destination you choose. That destination handles its copy under its own privacy terms. T&M Ticket Pro does not select a destination for you.
Children
The app is intended for working adults and is not directed to children.
Changes
If the app's data practices change, this page and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed version is distributed.
