विविध विद्यपीठाणे नवीन शैक्षणिक धोणार-२०२० ची अंमलबजावणी २०२४-२५ या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासून केली आहे. वाणिज्य आणि व्यवस्थापन शिक्षणाचे बदलते स्वरूप लक्षात घेऊनविद्यापीठाने जे नवीन विषय अभ्यासक्रमात समाविष्ट केलेले आहेत, त्यामध्ये “मानवी संसाधन व्यवस्थापन” (Human Resource Management)हा एक अत्यंत महत्त्वपूर्ण विषय आहे. तो विद्यार्थ्यांचा दृष्टिकोन अधिक समृध्द करणारा आहे. मानवी संसाधन व्यवस्थापन, मानवी संसाधनाचे नियोजन, कर्मचारी भरती, निवड, मनुष्यबळ विकास, अभिप्रेरण, कार्यासिद्धी मूल्यमापन, मजुरी व वेतन प्रशासन, मानवी संसाधन लेखांकन, मानवी संसाधन अंकेक्षण, एकूण गुणवत्ता व्यवस्थापन व मानवीसंसाधनमाहितीप्रणालीयासारख्या विविध विषयाचे विवेचन आणि विश्लेषण या संदर्भग्रंथात करण्यात आले आहे. विविध अभ्यासक्रमात(बी. कॉम, एम. कॉम., बी. सी. ए., एम.बी. ए., स्पर्धा परीक्षा इत्यादी)समाविष्ट केलेल्या सर्व घटकांचा आणि बाबींचा योग्य व सुसबध्द पध्दतीने या संदर्भग्रंथात समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. मराठी भाषेत या विषयाचे ग्रंथलेखन अपवादात्मक स्वरूपातच आहे.

“मानवी संसाधन व्यवस्थापन” (Human Resourace Management) हा विषय विद्यार्थ्यांना सहज सोप्या भाषेत; परंतु विस्तृत स्वरूपात आकलन होण्याच्या दृष्टीने या संदर्भग्रंथाचे लिखाण करण्यात आले आहे. विषय अधिक आकलन होण्याच्या दृष्टीने संदर्भग्रंथात आवश्यक त्या ठिकाणी नवीन संज्ञा, नवीन संकल्पना, विविध आकृत्या तसेच मराठी शब्दांना पर्यायी इंग्रजी शब्द देण्याचा प्रयत्न करण्यात आला हा संदर्भग्रंथ पूर्ण करण्याकरिता ज्यांचे प्रत्यक्ष व अप्रत्यक्ष सहकार्य लाभले, त्यांचाही मी मनःपूर्वक आभारी आहे. प्रस्तुत संदर्भग्रंथात विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक व अभ्यासकांना निश्चितच आवडेल, अशी आशा व खात्री आहे.
