Mathematics education over the world is going through a great change. Today’s math students need to know more than the basics. The workplace of the future will require people who can use technology, estimate quantities, and apply mathematics to solve practical and everyday problems. This is an exciting and challenging time for math teachers. Mathematics learned today is the foundation for future decision-making. Math teachers have the challenge of educating tomorrow’s citizens.
The symposium will consist of:
Some invited talks by experts.
Some short presentations by teachers on one of the five themes of the symposium.

In-service secondary and senior secondary level math teachers from schools / international schools (affiliated with CBSC, ICSE, IGCSE, IB and state boards).

To participate in the symposium, you need not make a presentation. Simply register here and attend all the talks to learn.
If you would like to give a short presentation (of 10 minutes duration), you need to submit an abstract of the presentation in the prescribed format indicating the topic and objective. See this page for further details. Deadline for abstract submission is July 04, 2022.
