*There are no towels, pajamas, tooth brush etc. in the venue. You must bring them.
*Free Wi-Fi is available .
*If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance.
*Recommended items to bring: medicine for carsickness, antipyretic, ointment for insect bites (Gnat, Gad fly), insect repellent, swimwear, sandals, folding umbrella
*There is a laundromat available in  the hotel. (only accepts 100 yen coins)
*For International student/PD: Please do not forget to bring your residence card!
- Keep paying attention to infection prevention until and during the meeting.
- Cancel the meeting if you have fever/feel unwell when you leave home.
- Please contact  shiraishi.chihiro.wc-at-ehime-u.ac.jp, if you have any concerns.

・交通費・参加費・宿泊費（計****円）は乗車前にお支払いください。
　※領収証は分けてお出しします。
・食べ物のアレルギーがある方は、必ず事前にお知らせください。
・タオル、歯ブラシ、浴衣等はありませんので、各自準備してください。（館内にwi-fiとコインランドリーはあります）
・酔い止め・虫よけ・かゆみ止め・解熱剤・水着・ビーサン・雨具（雨の予報の場合）を持参することを推奨します。
・体調不良の場合は参加を見合わせてください。その場合は白石（shiraishi.chihiro.wc-at-ehime-u.ac.jp）までお早めにご連絡ください。
・参加費***円の内訳は、セミナー室使用料・8/3昼食代・8/5お弁当代・飲み物代等です。
・愛媛大の学生さんは8/3（月）9:40に総合研究棟I前に集合して、荷物(プロジェクター等)を運んでください。
