Welcome to the Thermoelectric Materials and Devices (TMD) Lab Website! Our research group works on various aspects related to Thermoelectrics which can be broadly divided into (a) Materials Discovery, (b) Device Fabrication and (c) Thermoelectric Instrumentation. The group consists of enthusiastic and motivated young researchers coming from a wide variety of academic background that include Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Ceramics, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering and Chemistry.
