Nutrition and hydration are key! Healthy snacks and lots of water especially on days when they are training and at tournaments.
Moral support and lots of encouragement at tournaments
Role Model:
Self-explanatory role model behaviour and language that reflect the core values of Toraguchi Martial Arts.
Direct all concerns, tournament protests, etc. to Sensei to be taken up with the referee. If Sensei is not available, one of our other registered Toraguchi coaches can also help.
Say something:
If you happen to see athletes that need help at tournaments, please direct them to the coaches or team managers.
If you see/hear negative behaviour/language, please bring it up right away to Sensei
