Slow Flow
A gentle feel-good flow created to help you reconnect with your body. This flow invites you to listen to yourself through slow mindful movements that integrate breathing exercises, mobility, and a bit of strengthening.
Slow Flow is all about reconnecting with yourself and relearning how to listen to your inner wisdom.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Relax your nervous system and prepare your body for stillness by releasing stiffness and stuck emotions with some Yin Yoga before diving into the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra, also known as the yogic sleep, could be compared to a guided meditation. This practice, done in Shavasana, gets us into a state of deep relaxation, a place between awake and asleep, where we can tap into our subconscious mind to set an intention (a Sankalpa).
Relax, reset your nervous system, and rest.
Teaching Philosophy
The classes are rooted in loving kindness, mindfulness, and the strong belief that your body always knows what is best for you.
In each class, there is a strong focus on restoring the mind-body connection.
I combine different asana styles, breathing techniques, fascia training, mindfulness, and more. But the main ingredient is always to listen. To listen with compassion and love (even if it might be tough and frustrating sometimes) to regain that body-mind balance.
This is a space where you can just be yourself, show up exactly like you are.
The classes have a very therapeutic and healing approach, because more than just moving your body to become more flexible or strong, the belief is that through yoga, we can experience the powerful teachings of our body and reconnect to ourselves.

Pricing: €60 per hour (+ €10 travel fee).
