Hi There!
My Name is Natalie, and I am the founder and creator of The Little Things Studio.
I've been living with chronic pain for more than half of my life, mainly in my tailbone and lower back, but that's a story for another day.
Through this pain, I started to dig deep into the topics of pain, anatomy, stress, mindfulness, yoga, somatic work, PRT, psychology, trauma, and so much more. And I started to become very curious about how we can heal our bodies.
It became absolutely clear to me that there is an undeniably strong body-mind connection and that our bodies hold immense wisdom and healing power.
I started practicing yoga in 2015, and what started as a very body-focused practice (with the mindset to become more fit and flexible and be able to bretzel myself into a position) slowly turned into a very spiritual practice. I realized that yoga helped me with my pain, releasing tension, helping me to mobilize, but mostly it helped me to listen to my body, my boundaries, my limitations, where I need to bring more love, and where I need to soften. I realized that if it has helped me (and still does) it might also help others too, so I did my first Yoga Teacher Training in Berlin in 2022 to be able to help others through its teachings.
I wanted to share with the world not only the teachings of Yoga but also all the things that I have learned along the way through this journey with pain. So I started The Little Things Instagram as a platform to share that information, the Pain Stories podcast to help others with chronic pain feel seen and find support, and I certified myself in PRT (Pain Reprocessing Therapy), a therapy to help people recover from chronic pain.
So if you want to get to know more about my work, you can follow me on Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, or go to my PRT coaching site here:
