Return and refund policy

1. Introduction

At TLMaths Publications, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a fault or defect, we are here to help.

While we strive to ensure that all books sold through TLMaths Publications are of the highest quality, occasional errors may occur in the content of the books. Please note that minor errors, including but not limited to typographical mistakes, formatting issues, or other content-related inaccuracies, do not constitute a fault in the product.

As such, these errors do not warrant a claim for a faulty product under our returns and refund policy. We recommend reviewing the book thoroughly and letting us know of such issues through https://sites.google.com/view/tlmaths/home/a-level-maths-textbook. However, please be aware that claims related to content errors will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods you receive are faulty or not as described. If you believe that the product you purchased from us is faulty, please follow the steps below:
