As a leader I am dedicated to three qualities; flexibility, mental fortitude, and team work. Flexibility in the classroom means being able to incorporate the needs and wants of my students and coteachers. This could come in the form of class polling and differentiated learning. Mental fortitude is the fulcrum of leadership and means that the leader is able to remain flexible yet strong under pressure. Finally, team work is important to my leadership style because knowing your teams strengths and weeknesses enables the leader to work efficiently and intentionally.
