Signature Memorial Service Policies

1. Service Scheduling

   • All memorial services must be scheduled ahead of time. Requests for services made on the day of the event will not be eligible.

2. Special Requests

   • If family members request either a crowning ceremony or top hat steppers, they must notify the funeral home in charge of arrangements in advance.

3. Mileage Costs

   • The cost of mileage will be added to the invoice for services rendered outside the immediate service area.

4. Payment Methods

   • Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, cash, and checks.

Graphic Design Policies

1. Standard Prints

   • All standard print orders will include an automatic surcharge of 50% to cover additional handling and quality assurance processes.

2. Rushed Flyers

   • Any flyer orders that require expedited processing (rushed flyers) will include an automatic surcharge of $20 to accommodate the accelerated turnaround time and priority handling.

3. Programs

   • The cost of printing programs will depend on the rates provided by our partnered printing company. Customers will be informed of the specific costs once the order details are finalized.

Additional Charges

• Late Change Requests

  • Any requests for changes made past the designated cutoff time will incur an additional charge of $35. The cutoff time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Turnaround Time

• The standard turnaround time for all print orders, including standard prints and rushed flyers, will be within 72 hours. This period starts once the order is confirmed and payment is processed.

  • All orders must be paid in full before the commencement of production.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers.

• Order Confirmation

  • Confirmation of orders will be communicated via email, including a detailed invoice and expected completion date.

• Quality Assurance

  • T.L. Greene Jr. Graphic Creations is committed to delivering high-quality prints. Any issues with print quality should be reported within 48 hours of receipt for review and potential reprint.
